4. Processing & Delivery
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Estimated shipping time: 3–7 business days depending on the destination
- Orders are shipped directly from our supplier warehouse in China
5. Returns & Cancellations

6. Responsibility
We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels if the tracking information confirms successful delivery to the address provided by the customer. Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
