At ToffyFlops™, we always strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. However, we understand that you may wish to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully below.
Return Conditions
- A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.
- Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping or customs fees.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition, including all original tags and packaging.
- Products may be tried on, but not worn extensively.
- Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of partially returning items is not permitted.
Return Process
- Please contact us via info@toffyflops.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.
- You will receive the return address of our supplier warehouse (located in China).
- The item must be returned at your own expense, including any customs or shipping charges.
- We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method (track & trace).
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received at the return address and approved after inspection, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.
Responsibility
- We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address when placing an order.
- Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
